CROSTINI WITH THREE TOPPINGS -

1. - baguette ( 5 to 6 ounces ), sliced 1/4 inch thíck on the diagonal
2.- tablesspoons extra - virgin olive oil.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dividing evenly, brush each bread slice lightly on both sides with olive oil. Toast on a baking sheet unitl lightly golden 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Transfer crostini to a wire rack to cool. Crotini can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature up to 2 days.
